At The Outdoor Lighting Studio, we carefully pack and dispatch every order from our Melbourne warehouse to ensure your lighting arrives safely and promptly.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Dispatch Timeframes
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch times may extend slightly. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Rates (Australia Wide)
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across Australia:
Small Item Shipping
For light bulbs and small accessories (under 0.5kg)
Flat rate: $12
Standard Shipping
For lighting fittings and heavier items
VIC, NSW, SA, QLD & TAS: $30 flat rate
WA & NT: $45 flat rate
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Packaging & Protection
Many of our fittings are made from solid brass and other durable materials. We take care to package each order securely to prevent damage in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

At this time, we ship within Australia only.
